So much has happened...so little time.

Welp...The TARC thing has gone by the wayside for Brookview. *Sigh* I talked to their teacher the other day and he said trying to motivate the kiddos was like, "pushing rope up a hill." So obviously, my "TARC Dreams" video is not happening - this year. Big news: My daughter and I are making the trek to Argonia, Kansas to attend LDRS 27. Can you say, "15 hour drive with a 10 year-old girl?" I can. Should be interesting, she's a good girl. There's more...to be added later. -Dave

TARC Dreams video intro is finished

The TARC team made a trip to Three Oaks today for the Team 1 launch. I didn't launch a single rocket but I had a great time. Instead, I pulled out the video camera and shot TONS of footage for the TARC Dreams documentary. Hopefully, I will be able to keep generating segments and place them here over the next few months.

The rocket with no name continues construction...And some TARC thoughts.

The RWNN (rocket with no name) has motor retention, shock cord mount and launch lugs in place. BUT IT STILL NEEDS A NAME.

These kiddos from Brookview Montesorri are nuts. I don't know how their teacher does it everyday. They worked on their "sacrificial" rockets this week. These are just simple rockets with a payload bay for the altimeter. The purpose was so that the kids new to TARC could get some hands on experience in construction. Another benefit to starting with these simple rocket… Continue
