THOR rebuild

The rebuild continues! I guess it can be called a rebuild if I retain the NC and a couple fins, right?
It's finally gotten to the point where it's lookin' like a rocket again.

Main improvements this time around include:

* AeroPack retainer
* 2 layers of 2oz. glass on the airframe (mostly for road rash, not strength)
* U-bolt and 'real bulkhead' in the NC
* longer av-bay

I also have a set of "American THOR" decals (Thanks again Don!), so I need to order a red-white-blue Spherachute soon!

Hopefully, I can get an maiden flight at NEFAR in January, then a debut at the 2009 WinterNats!
