Marty, check with the vendors who will be at the launch you plan to attempt your Cert III. The one supplying the reload will most likely have motor hardware you could rent. Where do you plan to launch your Cert. Attempt.

I have achieved my certification level 3 At MDRA's RED GLARE 1 Oct. 21,2006 with my 5X up scale Big Bertha.
I have been making my own motors for two years now with some Friends.
