Yes we do learn from our mistakes. While working on my Level 3 project this past week, I learned a neat construction technique which will prevent from that kind of zippering from happening from me. I will be adding a kevlar band at the top of my tubes when I fiberglass them.

Nothing big went up. The range police cited too much wind on the one and only day I was at a launch. I've got 3 - 29 mm rockets rip roaring ready to go.

Thanks for the comment. I flew this past Sunday and everything went well. You should have heard the echo that the I357 made. That launch is going to be my last one for the year as the holidays are coming up and the weather is getting colder. I have a few winter projects to work on and I will hopefully get my L3 Project as well, a LOC Big Nuke 3E. I look forward to seeing video and pictures from your next launch.

Wish I could!!!
Work all day, then a eh, political meeting of sorts. Just got in, and everyone is already asleep,
Happy Birthday? Meh.
Oh well, down to the basement to take 2 rockets out side for their next layer of primer.
Thanks Jewel, for the wishes! Celebrate on Friday; family dinner. Works for me!
Thanks again buddy!

You will get to fly soon enough, I am sure. I will be heading to NERRF on the 14th for a guaranteed good time. I am not sure what I want to fly yet. I am thinking that I am going to get my Escape Velocity back up, but this time on an I motor. I am not ready to let it loose on the J's just yet at METRA. I am trying to determine whether a J350 will be enough to lift my new I-ROC whch empty, it weighs 8 pounds. My old one weighed in at 6 pounds.
